That's how it's done! Air cushions are easy to use

What good is the best product if it will be damaged during transport? In order for your products to arrive safely at the customer, the goods must be packed safely and securely. Air cushions are first choice for a variety of reasons. They consist of 99% air and only 1% foil. This protects the environment and the cargo can be securely fixed in the carton with an " airbag" against shocks. Air cushions can be used individually as one pillow, as longer air cushion fillers (for larger cavities) or as air cushion wrapper (as an intermediate layer or for wrapping). The following pictures and descriptions show how this works.

Void fill

After a market survey, half of all package volumes in the German mail order business are sent empty. At the same time, cavities can be intelligently filled with air cushions to prevent breakage.

Fix your goods

Logistic centers often work with automated package systems. If the goods slip back and forth, they will not stop in the packaging and the entire carton may fall off the conveyor belt. The solution: air cushion! They ensure reliable stablity.

Edge protection

As a replacement for EPS molded parts, air cushions can be used very well as edge protectors. Your advantage over polystyrene: They protect the environment and are impact-absorbing.

In-between liner

Are your goods in good shape? Flat products such as picture frames, books or ceramics can be better protected against transport damage by flexible intermediate layers.

Cross wrapping

With only two layers of air cushion wrapper, the six sides can be reliably protected. The ideal packaging for electronic or medical devices.

Wrapping

No packaging material is as flexible as an air cushion wrapper. It perfectly adapts to any shape and is reliable against breakage. So that nothing bad can happen to your goods.
